All prices include the final cleaning, the city fees, all utilities (electricity, water, heating, etc.) use of the Internet and the services of our employees. Bed linen, towels, dish cloths and toilet paper be made available by us and are also included in the price. A security deposit is not due. On arrival, the apartments are cleaned and the beds have clean linen. In the kitchen are, in addition to the usual furniture, coffee and tea for free.
2. Arrival / Departure
Check-in is from 15:00 clock, check-out is until 11:00 clock. For early arrival or late departure, luggage storage is possible. Depending on the availability of the apartments, other arrangements can be made.
Please advise us in advance the kind of the arrival. If arriving by train or bus, please indicate the scheduled arrival time and the exact name of the arrival station, on arrival by plane, the scheduled landing time and on arriving by car please an approximate arrival time (e.g. "early afternoon"). After this you will receive driving directions and instructions for reception via email.

To enter the Czech Republic, for EU citizens a valid identity card or passport for the duration of stay is sufficient. Citizens of non-EU countries usually need a passport or a visa (depending on nationality).
3. Booking and payment conditions
You must be 18 Years of age to make a booking.
Deposit is typically 35% of the total price, on public holidays the deposit increase to 50%, bookings over New Year's Eve must be paid fully in advance.
Deposits are usually performed by bank transfer to our EUR account in Germany (other accounts on request). For short-term bookings payments via credit card or PayPal are possible. We use the least expensive, for short-term bookings, the fastest transfer form. The amount of the deposit can be increased by the customer without enquiry.
If there is a final payment, then this is achieved in cash at the reception. Here you can choose Euro or Czech Crowns. For payments in Czech crowns, we use the daily official rate.
In exceptional cases it is allowed for us to flip the guest on an equal or better equipped apartment in the same house or in the neighborhood, if this can be expected to accept, because the difference is insignificant and justified. A factual justification is given, for example, if the booked apartment has become unusable, resident guest extends their stay or other operational appeared. Any additional expenses will be borne by us in this case.
4. Booking changes
For booking changes that means a disadvantage for us, a processing fee of 20 Euro can be charged. Changes to bookings may be rejected by us, for example, when the change takes place in the short term or when the change is not possible because of the present situation of the reservations. The right of cancellation remains, however, at any time.
Generally, we recommend a trip cancellation insurance.
The costs of a trip cancellation insurance are low. The insurance pays not only when the trip cannot be made because of illness, but even if this happens, for example because of a serious illness of a close family member or if you must cancel your vacation earlier.
a) event of cancellation more than 29 days prior to arrival: 25 Euro per canceled apartment
b) cancellations 29 - 20 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total amount from the canceled apartments
c) cancellations 19 - 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount from the canceled apartments
d) cancellations 9 - 3 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total amount from the canceled apartments
e) cancellations 2 - 0 days prior to arrival or no-show: 85% of the total amount from the canceled apartments
For longer stays then 14 nights, other cancellation conditions can be agreed individually.
The cancellation must be done in writing, for example by email. It can only be performed for the entire booking or for one or more individual apartments within a booking of multiple apartments. Cancellations for individual persons within an apartment or for individual days during the accounting period are not possible. Please apply in this case a change request. A non-use of your booking on arrival day is rated as a cancellation.
Please note that we cannot be held liable for missed passes, unforeseen illness, cancellation of your holiday, delays of transportation, etc.. If the booking is not fully utilized, there is no claim for reduction of the total amount.
